Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Sleds were in great condition and well maintained. Not problems for our 250 mile trip. I plan to rent from them again.
This was a great overall experience. We rented 6 sleds. Mike was super helpful with all of our questions, and Brian had everything ready to go and was super helpful at pickup and for drop-off. Before I 'pulled the trigger', I was concerned that there was no address on the website, but learned that was because they do not encourage walk-ins, which is understandable since it's not a trail-side set-up. Have used them 3 times for snowmobiling. Has been a great experience with them every time.
Great service, very easy going and accommodating! I'll definitely be going here for future rentals in the area!
