Getting an MRI is not at the top of my 'fun' list. But from the check in, getting ready, actual procedure, post-procedure, everyone was tremendously helpful. Things were explained clearly, my 100 questions answered patiently, regularly asked how I was doing through the claustrophic procedure. I hope whomever reads this doesn't have to get an MRI, but if you do, this is a fantastic place to do it.
They took very good care of me . The wonderful receptionist even puppysat for me .
I’ve had two procedures and both were handled so professionally and the persons that did them made me feel so comfortable! The front desk personnel was fabulous too.
I've been a patient here for a number of years, but just went to this location for the first time (by mistake - but am glad I did). Everyone working was so, so kind. I was scheduled for two appointments and called back on time for both appointments, was talked through each step of each procedure, and given my results before leaving. All equipment appeared new and the office was clean. I'm very appreciative of all the staff I encountered here yesterday!
