Never a good time however necessary
Great experience. It's my second time there. They treat you very well, are courteous and kind. They make sure you get all the paperwork filled out just right. The crew around the corner were also great. I felt comfortable and safe at all times. And there's a locked cubbie hole to put your valuables in during your appointment. They give you ear plugs and do other things to keep the loud MRI sounds at bay. And you are very confined to where you can't move which is fine with me but others should keep it in mind. I had an excellent experience!! The front desk was all smiles and professional. The assistant who took me to my room was jovial and made me laugh. AND Bri, the Mammo Tech, was absolutely amazing! I even asked if I could reserve her for next year.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. Scam of a place with a monopoly on medical imaging in Central Oregon. NO results, yet I get a bill and a staph infection! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!
