Great customer service and great work! They are thorough, professional, and friendly. They really do work for the customer, in the customer's best interest. I was very pleased with all phases of this process.
I’ve been in multiple times, and each time I have been fully taken care of. They are really great at explaining what the problems are and why, and they took the time to ensure I understood both the details of the car, the fixes and the processes going forward, even when insurance got complicated. They are and will continue to be my go-to in Bend!
