Every single bit of our experience was fantastic. From checking availability, and booking, to the ride itself, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The staff in the office provided world class customer service, and Adam, our guide, was absolutely brilliant, made our day to take a tour with a personable and fun leader. If you are thinking about doing it…DO! It was perfect from start to finish.
Our guide, Adam, was great and extremely personable! He went above and beyond with our group of 5 which had two “children passengers”. He was very friendly, even gave the kids hand warmers! The entire trip he continuously checked in to make sure we were all doing ok but at the same time didn’t baby us. Going on the back country trails was amazing and nothing like I’ve experienced before. 100% would book again!
Great time with Chris as guide. It was the high point of our stay in Bend !
