I started my financial journey by getting a student checking account at central one and haven’t looked back since. They have stayed my favorite bank because of their friendliness and obvious wort ethic. They always put their members first and want to help anyone who comes through the door. I have always had warm experiences when I have had to go in and have recommended the bank to friends and family because it truly stands out from the rest.
I visited Central One for a HELOC, since a friend of mine recommended them. What a horrible experience! The offices at this branch had no doors, so everyone in the bank could hear all your business and personal information. The tellers' stations were wide open to everyone, no enclosures. The representative who assisted me was not dressed professionally, she didn't seem knowledgeable.
