I went to this bank branch to make a deposit, and from the very beginning I felt an unpleasant attitude toward assisting me. The responses I received to each of my requests were blunt and lacked courtesy or warmth. While the answers may have been legally correct, they were delivered without respect and without offering any alternatives or helpful guidance. They have stayed my favorite bank because of their friendliness and obvious wort ethic. They always put their members first and want to help anyone who comes through the door. I have always had warm experiences when I have had to go in and have recommended the bank to friends and family because it truly stands out from the rest.
