I have been a member since this branch has become public. As a member I have seen changes, good bad and indifferent. The one major this , has been the steadfast customer service has stayed top notch. In a crisis where you can't control employe to customer ratio, or individuals expectations, I have seen the staff go above and beyond to do the best they can to deal with unfortunately meltdowns from customers. I like this bank but on the busiest day saturday they don't have anyone working. Like 2 people with 8 people ahead of me in line and 5 people in drive thru. Waited 30 min in line. They are only open 4 hours. It sucks. They dont care about your time. I've been a member a long time. Makes me worried for this banks future.
