I had my credit card skimmed & their system picked up on it. I was able to cancel my card and replace it before any damage was done. Customer service has always been top notch but really grateful for them today. This could have ruined my life.
Central One is great! I bought my last used car with the auto advisor concierge service and also have my mortgage through the credit union.
Their physical locations are antiquated and their android app is an atrocity. Sorry for the poor review,but, I'm glad I switched to DCU.
We just signed up for auto and renter's insurance through Oak Tree at Central One. The rates they secures for us are much lower than we were quoted elsewhere and the service is unsurpassed. Glad to be a new customer!
I have been with central one for over six years and recently I have fallen on hard times and had gotten laid off my job and was unable to pay my credit card on time today I received a phone call from Steve with him yelling and screaming at me that I'm a liar that I have not kept my promise with the bank to pay my credit card on time he froze my account told me that I'm a liar and I'm not gonna keep the promise to pay my account he went through my account and told me that I have enough money to spend on other stuff but can't ... read more
I been with them awhile now but they need to work on fraud problems they should make a report paper work I went in to the bank said there was fraud was never told to write a letter nothing was giving a new card and was told I was all set but the money is still not in my account then was told had to write a letter did that and still wasn't respond back to they said 24-48 hours and I probably will now bounce checks that I have out and have to pay 25 per check crazy
I generally LOVE banking with Central One. Their online and mobile app are user friendly which I appreciate. They didn't make it overly complicated. I gave 2 stars because their customer service is disappointing and has really gone downhill. There are a lot of great tellers and customer service reps but unfortunately, I hardly seem to get to work with them.
