For starters let me say in the 1.5 almost 2 years that I’ve lived here this place has only declined. For starters, better get here before 3 in the afternoon if you need an uncovered spot as there is no uncovered available after that, I’ve driven the parking lot for 45 minutes before before finding a parking spot. Second the dog parks for the complex always have dog poop everywhere which tenants never clean up. I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management has shown zero concern for tenant safety. I’ve been harassed multiple times by my downstairs neighbors, called the police, and even provided management with video evidence. Instead of helping, they brushed it off. At one point, they told me to record the neighbors since they were “unauthorized occupants.” Once I proved it, they claimed they couldn’t do anything yet offered to move me to another unit for $2,000.
