One star is too much. I am a current resident. I notified the office on Saturday that there was a leak and it is Monday and I have been to the office 3 times because I have 7 leaks now with water pouring out of light fixtures and black mold. I have been given the run around since Saturday. I was told someone would be here today so I had to leave my dog in the heat so they couldn't use that for an excuse. Awesome Experience with Nyomi! Nyomi was super friendly and helpful during my tour at Central on Broadway. She made the whole process easy and comfortable, answered all my questions, and really took the time to explain everything in detail. Nyomi was extremely helpful and professional in showing me the different listings available Nyomi’s service here exceeded my expectations and im very excited moving forward with this process.
I was not impressed at all. The apartment complex had 3 different fires in the short time i lived there 7 months. One of the fires burnt 24 apartments . I woke up to at least 4 -6 ladder trucks putting out the fire that took hours. The apartments are falling apart,cock roaches are bad .
Nyomi is a great addition to the office!
