Every employee is so wonderful at this place but Chris who manages the warehouse is why so many of us keep coming back... What a wonderful store.. I just love it!
I bought a recliner in there got home and found out it had bed bugs in it. They got in my house and I had to pay a pest control company hundreds of dollars to get them out they had to do the heat treatment on my house get them out. I'll never buy anything in there again.
Been coming here for years. It's definitely on the down hill slide. Stopped in today and Holy cow their prices are horrible. Rugs are same price as retail. Damaged furniture extremely overpriced. Saw one severely stained broken down couch they wanted 120 for. A lot of the stuff has been here for months. I get the economy is in trouble but I'm really sad to see this here.
