Horrible euthanasia, my dog suffered greatly. Worst experience of my life. Would not recommend to anyone
Dr. Chris came out to do an annual exam and vaccines on our dog, during which time she also checked out a lump on her chest. She recommended we do a fine needle aspiration on it and two hours later called back and gave us the results, which were abnormal and requiring emergency surgery due to its aggressive nature. She provided us with all of the details on what she saw in the sample and what to expect next, and even followed up to ensure the draining had stopped after the sample was taken. Dr. Chris explained everything clearly and was calm and kind while we said goodbye to our family dog. We are so very grateful our dog could leave this world quietly in her own backyard with all her people present.
Thank you again, Dr. Harrold, for your end-of-life services for our 18 year old cat Amy. It was an emotional day, but Dr. Harrold was patient, gentle and kind, as well as knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to, making the experience peaceful for both Amy and myself. Amy's passing was as painless as possible as she took her final nap right on her own bed. I'm truly grateful for the service provided.
Dr Chris, was super and very punctual. My kitty cat is nervous about car rides so needed some medication to calm the anxiety for a road trip as we are moving. Dr Chris was very gentle with her exam and provided the prescription on the spot. Now the hard part getting the medication in the cat!!!
