Excellent deep tissue massage! They were very respectful, checked in regularly to make sure the pressure was comfortable, and made sure I was okay throughout the entire session. I felt listened to, cared for, and much more relaxed afterward. Highly recommend!

My massage was more like acupressure and very much what my shoulders and neck needed. My only request would be to have a heating pad on bed and warmer blanket for my lower body Other wise it was a great treatment and will book again with Dice-k

I was a little nervous going into my first acupuncture appointment, but May immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her calming presence and small but thoughtful explanations helped me better understand some of my ailments. Such a peaceful and positive experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

Brittany was very friendly while very professional. She was able to pinpoint the problem areas and work on them. She gave me exercise to do on my own to keep the problem at bay. She didn’t just say to keep coming back for appointment after appointment. Great service!

I love Central Okanagan Massage & Accupuncture, I booked a registered Massage therapist with Jane ,and she was the Best ! The room was amazing with heated Massage table. NICE Ambiance as you walk in .
