We are over 100 days and we have not received returned calls from this company. The employees who were our main point of contacts no longer work for this company; salesperson (Doug) and 2 project managers(Grand and Bill). We paid a deposit and have no services or goods received. The office line goes to voicemail, emails unanswered. 1o year warranty is worthless when they haven't started (let alone completed) the project. Oh wait, they dug a bunch of holes for posts.
