Grateful a place like this exists. Better than medvet too. 6 hours overnight is only 155 total. We were given money back even from our deposit. My dog is alive thanks to their awesome team and quick response time.
Very appreciative of the outstanding work done by Dr. Mathes and his team for my dog, Riley. He has had two TPLO surgeries completed here with excellent care, communication, and follow-up. I would recommend COVE to my friends and family.
I don't have the words to express how much compassion and love we were shown by Dr. Brock and the rest of the team. We brought our dog Zoe in last week and had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her down. The COVE team not only treated Zoe with so much love, but supported my family through a very tough decision. We received her paw prints and fur in the mail today with a heartfelt card from the team. Every moment and gesture has meant the world to me and my family. I can't thank Dr. Brock and the COVE team enough.
Whisky came into night not being her self the doctor believed it was growing pains we got medicine and are hoping that helps her. I wish I got the staffs name. Every staff member was so nice and worked so hard at making us comfortable. It was a long wait (unfortunately they were busy) but they made a long stressful evening a whole lot better!
