Our Brew dog had 2 visits to Cove after hours ER this week. Our experience both visits were exceptional. The entire staff was friendly, showed genuine care for my dog and were very educational with ensuring I understood the issues clearly. They understood that my dog was more comfortable with me nearby and did as much of his treatment as they could with me in the room. Dr. Brock is absolutely the best! Cove staff was very comforting and compassionate and treated my Tucker like he was their own. Had to put him down unfortunately but they were so caring and kind to me. I really appreciated them being so kind, understanding and sympathetic. Just got a card today from them also! I highly recommend them.
I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent care we received today at the Cove Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Delaware. Although the outcome of our visit was not what we had hoped for, they treated us, and more importantly, Freddy with the utmost kindness and respect. The staff and veterinarian were all wonderful. They made sure to give us Freddy’s paw prints and a nose print.
