They operate their business dirty. The receptionist is rude and wouldn’t give no information. They went through my car and all my belongings and left it a mess, and have nothing to say about it. Just oh well. Awful business and employees!

Office lady rude as can be, had no office skills. Does not know how to do her job. Took her 10 minutes to see if recieved a fax. Had no phone skills. Was trying to pick up vehicle and pay money and she could not answer questions. Employer needs to hire someone else who wants to come to work and actually work. Company is worst tow company out there all because of lazy office worker
