I tried to work with the office for over 2 months over a simple charge. I waited over a month for a call back from the office manager before realizing they just sent the charge to collections and I never heard from the office manager. I’ve gone to this location for almost 10 years and I’m shocked by the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by the office staff. Went here for a first time office visit a few years ago and I still think about how uncomfortable and bizarre my experience was. I was going through severe depression at the time due to the sudden death of my dad and other dramatic life changes. They have the typical medical office standard where they ask you please arrive 15 min before your scheduled appointment if you're new to fill out paperwork. So I’m am existing patient to have same injection procedure and they are so worried about profits over patients they said it will take two more weeks for a prior auth, 21 days? I run the 2500 sell funded member group plan ( I pay the bills) and said no prior auth needed, refused to schedule, I offered to pay cash up front and they refused to bill insurance.
