Had an amazing facial !! Will definitely do it again
The ladies in the reception area need to do better. I had to reach out myself for an appt after waiting 2 weeks after the referral was sent and after that I had to again reach out to them with an update they said they were waiting for verification from my insurance. When I tried to call them back with another number to call to verify my insurance they said they couldn't accept me just like that. How sad. Dr. Lichten was very polite and professional throughout the entire process, he made me feel comfortable before and after surgery. His staff has always been very nice and professional as well. I had Gastric Bypass in 2021, this year I was referred to Ohio Plastic for excess skin removal, Dr. Lichten and his team did a wonderful job, I am 6months post op and I love my new body.
