Dr Litchen and his staff are absolutely wonderful! They are caring, and explain everything in language I can understand. I drive 2 1/2 hrs to Lancaster, for my appointments, definitely worth it! I will continue to see Dr Litchen for as long as I can drive that far. I feel completely comfortable, and trust his advice. He is professional, and a total expert in what he does.
Exceeding expectations all around! Dr. Lichten and his team were wonderful from my consult appointment up thru my surgery and the followups. Dr. Lichten takes his time to educate on the products and procedures and makes sure you understand everything. I have called a few times post op and never had an issue with getting questions answerer or getting appointments scheduled. My only regret was waiting so long to see Dr. Lichten.
Dr Lichten listened to me did not pressure for implants and came up with a plan to meet my surgical needs. I am extremely happy with my results, so will likely not take any further steps. However it is so comforting to know that if I wanted to continue with other options there is a plan in place! Every single person in this office was kind, helpful and knowledgeable, I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Would 100% recommend Central Ohio Plastic Surgery, and Dr Lichten!
I just had Botox done at the lancaster office and it went so well! Was reasonably priced; The doctor was patient with me being afraid of the needle! Lol! He was not only informative, but addressed some other concerns of mine that were not related to this appt which I appreciate! He even created a follow up appt in 30 days to check on the progress and set another for me to address my skin concerns with his esthetician which, in my experience with a different practice?
