Never again. Had my son there for AFO's and impressions were done and the braces made. We had to cancel one appointment, and they cancelled the next two we had scheduled. We confirmed online our next appointment and even called and confirmed. Low and behold, we get there and they returned the braces saying that it had been too long and that new impressions and braces would have to be made. And I would have to agree with the earlier review that the front desk person has attitude issues and poor customer service skills.
Great doctor, but OMG, what a horrible job the finance dept did. We came to get measured early March 2022. Today is March 31, 2022 and still no call from finance dept. I called and left a voicemail multiple times, still no call back. To make it worse, the front-desk person in this office is having some attitude problem.
