This was my third child that received treatment. The customer service was great under the previous owner. Nos there is always new staff. The billing dept doesn't seem to know what they are doing. She refuses to see patients that are late. I understand but the first time you are late, to refuse is ridiculous. I have to find my daughter rides from out of town. Then they charge you for a mask.
