My children began their treatment under Dr. Heiber and finished under Dr. Miller. A year ago my daughter's permanent retainer came loose. I assumed that after $14,000 in orthodontic bills between my two children that Dr. Miller would fix it for free. Instead she charged an additional $700 for a new retainer. The whole team is kind, caring, and overall awesome at what they do!
The worst place, they refused to see my daughter and the nurse was rude and we had to leave after coming 500 miles to finish up treatment and then told to go find another doctor and they won't even give back any money and we paid for all of her braces up front. WHAT A JOKE!
Dr. Miller delivers quality, customized care to each and every patient! I recommend this office to anyone looking for elite orthodontic treatment.
