Did not catch the woman’s name, but I’m sure if calls are recorded you could tell. Luckily the hospital is guiding me unlike poison control who I will never contact again or recommend anyone contact, when a postpartum mother is panicking, upset and worried about her child, the last thing you need to do is get rude and get an attitude. When I answered the call back, I said nevermind, because I called the pediatrician and decided to go there instead for someone who will help. Never thought I’d actually need poison control until me and a bottle of easy off got into it. Jacob answered, stayed calm and positive throughout the entire experience, and never made me feel silly for my concerns. He even called back an hour later to check on me. Definitely gave me some peace of mind after Dr. Google had me panicking.

Yesterday evening my daughter was watching my disabled son and gave him his meds. When I got home I got home , without thinking gave him his meds again. Mike was amazing ! He even called me hours later to check on my son. Really helped put my mind at ease ! Thank u so much Mike you were wonderful

I had an incident, a toilet bowl cleaner erupted on me. I’m a grown adult, I got scared. The individual knew what to ask, calmed my nerves. I was so scared, and it’s OK. I never thought I would have to call poison control! Thank you for 24 hour access.
