My sister had an emergency this morning with her toilet leaking.... it's a mobile home. The guy came out and fixed that ...almost $1400! Then they told her the pump was burned out and she would need a new one at almost $8400. She called another company about the pump and they said that was way too much for a pump. But wait...it gets even better....she goes into the room where the breaker box is and finds that the guy never flipped the breaker back on!!! She flipped it back on and everything is fine. Worst customer service ever. Not at all helpful. If your not happy at your job, leave it rather then be rude. Atleast try to have a little respect for people.
Extremely rude when I called to seek help for my leaking bathroom pipes. Automatically assumed I was a wholesaler. Glad I dodged this company after reading the reviews
The counter guy, Ryan is phenomenal. Gets me parts at good prices. Highly recommend
They are good at plumbing, they just wouldn’t give me a receipt. The job was done neatly though.
