Worst customer service ever. Not at all helpful. If your not happy at your job, leave it rather then be rude. Atleast try to have a little respect for people.
Extremely rude when I called to seek help for my leaking bathroom pipes. Automatically assumed I was a wholesaler. Glad I dodged this company after reading the reviews
The counter guy, Ryan is phenomenal. Gets me parts at good prices. Highly recommend
They are good at plumbing, they just wouldn’t give me a receipt. The job was done neatly though.
Very bad experience with this plumbing service!!! Bent part on bathroom faucet while removing. The tub was leaking in the wall after that. Cost us hundreds of dollars to repair. Would never use this service again. Called several times to talk to owner but no return call.
