Don't go here. I was referred here from ER for what appears to be a herniated disc. The pain is debilitating a d is affecting my mobility and range of movement. This office scheduled me for an appointment, but they later called to reschedule due to the office.closing early that day. I agreed. I asked for them to also give me a note for my workers compensation case/job as I can't return to work until I'm seen. They took over a week to get me the note.
