I drove 45 minutes for my 82 yr old moms appointment only to be told it was rescheduled. Miss Greene at the front desk informed me it was not her job to schedule appointments and I should have confirmed . I showed her the printed appointment sheet with the highlighted date and she told me you cannot go by that sheet...really?. No apology at all just defensive and deflective..gave me my new appointment sheet with a hostile stare and no apology..I have never in my sixty years had such an unprofessional exchange in a medical of... read more
