I was greeted by the friendly staff and seated quickly. The salon was open, bright and very clean. The tech did a great job and I enjoyed my visit.

Last trip in, my favorite go to, was not good. "Tosha" was more interested in the clock, forgot parts of my service, I paid for the the most expensive pedicure, didn't bother to dry my toenails via blue light as usual, at the end said, oh this neck warmer is part of your package.. do you want it now? Good Lord, my so called pedicure was done. I have brought my bad feet into this store, as usual because I have always had a great experience. Not this time. Dear Central Nails Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your salon on July 3, 2025. While I was greeted and seated without issue, the remainder of my experience was frustrating and uncomfortable due to the unprofessional behavior of the male technician who assisted me. If I could give a 0 star I would , HORRIBLE customer service…they kicked a Hispanic woman for having language barriers and get annoyed to do touch ups on their OWN mistakes!
