They broke my saw when inspecting an unrelated issue, invoiced me for work carried out including the part they broke. When i questioned the invoice they said they did not charge me for the part they broke however on closer inspection of the invoice they had hidden the charge in the Labour cost being 2 hours labour when i know it was a 10 min job having seen the mechanic take it apart and put it back together when the saw was dropped off and inspected. Arrogannt rude owner and son wouldn’t repair my Husqvarna mower under warranty last June, now he can’t be bothered trying to get me a self propelled drive cable because he’s not the Husqvarna dealer any more, so won’t honour the warranty again!!! Off to Griffiths mowers. 2026 UPDATE... Griffith Mowers couldn't get the part either so I sold the mower and bought a River at Corinda Mowers.
I run stihl equipment, they're my go too.
