Oh my God this place was a nightmare. The short version is, they send professional looking people to handle the contract signing and then the rest is out of their hands. My items were moved around between trucks unnecessarily and multiple times (because things weren't managed well). Items then delayed by 30 DAYS in transit only to arrive damaged. Good thing I paid extra to insure my household goods, right? The claims process is difficult for no reason and I was offered INSULTINGLY low settlements to repair/replace my items. ... read more

My wife and I had a great experience with Central Moving & Storage. We had to shuffle our move date more than once and they were easy to contact and flexible with our date. A free and thorough in person estimate was scheduled for the morning after I first contacted them. The movers themselves were awesome! The team of three movers worked quickly and efficiently which meant that our final price came in under the original quote. All of our belongings arrived in the same condition they left. Would recommend time and time again!
