I need to say the gentleman named Patrick that is working the evening shift in Calgary with CMA is a awesome employee. My husband's flight was delayed for 4 hours and he let me watch what I wanted on tv and kept asking if I needed anything, very accommodating. Patrick is a perfect example of courtesy and thoughtfulness. Thank you Patrick
Why would you fly the two main Canadian airlines when you can fly Central Mountain Air! The service was amazing starting with Alvis who was our flight attendant to Calgary. Richelle checked us in, in Calgary and was so friendly, pleasant, helpful and she had a great personality! They had snacks and beverages in the lounge pre flight. Anyone who knows me knows I love snacks lol. Will fly again!!!
Can’t say enough good things about this airline! We arrived with only 40 minutes before take off, it was not a problem.The ladies at the desk were exceptionally kind and cheery, no annoying screenings by crabby people like other airlines. They offered free coffee, tea, water and snacks in the waiting area, which I’ve never seen while flying with any other airline. Will definitely recommend Central Mountain Air to everyone!
