Chose room based on the internet website. Big mistake. Rooms old and in desperate need of repair and maintenance. No fire alarms in the room we were in. Holes in walls. Front door was dodgy. Straight out of the 70s. Nothing worked properly. Location not good due to noise from traffic. Central yes. That’s the only good thing.

Well what can I say the only good thing about this place was the location. We pre approved payment and pick up of keys at 12 we got there had to wait for 45mins as there was no one in reception and she didn't want to get out of bed. The price we were told at booking changed to $50 more when we payed. Took our money gave us the key then proceeds to tell my husband that she hopes that the room will be ready by 530 when we get back as they have run out of clean linen. Where do I start.... Was told I could pick my keys up and pay for my room. 25 mins standing out side front desk. I had to ring and wait another 10mins to get my room key. Then was told they might not have linen for our room. Once we got to our room at 7pm it was nothing like the pictures they show u stained linen Broken glass window's,rust all over the bath room, fridge left of with milk left in it. Definitely will not be going back so disappointed with the hole trip...
