Location is good. That’s about where it ends. The only thing I can make good of the room was that there are plenty of PowerPoint sockets. My towel that was rolled up on the bed had a toenail where someone had cut their toenails. Room was very worn down with little acknowledgment to the finer details. Eg - dust in the bathroom where the tiles meet the wall, very little secure parking off street. Bin had not been emptied and the curtains are nailed to the wall. Small but it nicer on the inside and room are warm and quiet. The location is fantastic you can walk to any of the resteraunts and shops in Central Mudgee. It is not kyxary but is very good value.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked through Expedia for my elderly grandparents. Alison and David gave their room away for cash @ higher price and left my Grandparents stranded for the weekend. They refused to provide a room or a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not stay here.
Staff service was one of the worst I have ever experienced from the workers and manger of the motel. Would not recommend this place at all had to move to another place down the road called Irish pub this place was fantastic with the best customer service.
SCAM!! Do not book here!! Room booking cancelled by motel at 11.45pm the night before a Long Weekend; terrible service, no direct answers, dealing with Expedia is difficult. All contact numbers are ‘disconnected’ A group email was sent out informing 14 bookings they had been cancelled, so no security at all; all emails visible. I actually don’t think this motel exists … gotta be a scam
