Absolutely the worst experience ever. I am currently in process of refinancing my mortgage due to complete incompetence of this company! They will willingly rip you off, charge you for their mistakes and they don't care!

I had a mortgage serviced by Chase before refinancing and having the mortgage sold to Arvest. A few days into using them and things are not looking good. Website is borderline unusable and I'm told making payments online gets charged a $5 fee. Is there no possible recourse for customers other than writing reviews that will likely go ignored?

They are giving my insurance broker the run around on paying my insurance out of my escrow account. Then, they have the audacity to send me a letter, saying I will owe them for insurance they must provide, because my insurance has not been paid. They have stated they sent two checks, neither received. One they state they overnighted, however, they never updated their system to state a second check was sent. Avoid this company if possible. Never finance through them if given the option. They should be investigated.
