EXCUSES! EXCUSES! EXCUSES! It's been over a year since Mom left us and all we get is excuses! I do not recommend this business at all!!!
Over a year for my grandmothers headstone. Blamed it on covid, then blamed it on granite shortage and truckers. When asked for a refund to go somewhere else they said, no, you’ll get it when you get it. Complete lack of care and professionalism. Stay away from this place.
I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF IT WAS AN OPTION. OVER A YEAR AN STILL NO HEADSTONE FOR MY MOMMA. THEY HAVE USED EVERY STUPID EXCUSE IN THE BOOK AND WON'T GIVE ME REFUND. THEY SAID I WOULD GET IT WHEN I GET IT!!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DON'T USE THEM GO OUT OF TOWN IF YOU HAVE TO!!!
