Customer service is amazing and prices are good, plus they fixed me a specialty hose for my propane setup in about 5 minutes.
After 3 calls I finally talked them into servicing a mini split for me. I live 20 minutes out of town. Boy did I pay the price. What should have been a one man job with no more than an hour of labor turned into a nearly $600 bill for two guys. The service that needed to be done would not require two people for any reason. I could have almost replaced the unit for what they charged for a simple repair. With talking to others I have learned this is standard practice at CMP.
