My husband had a bad bike crash and was seen here. Was told by radiologist and the doctor at the ER that it would be no problem getting his records transferred to his orthopedic doctor. Only for us to call and speak to a lady was very condescending and rude at the records department to get the imaging mailed on a cd. This hospital needs an updated emr system or an updated way of sending records as this is an absolute delay in care. CMMC needs to improve the ambulance service. Having only one crew, sending them to Denton, and having no crew to answer the next call is unexceptional. Having the Hobson ambulance come to Lewistown to answer a 911 call delays care and will cost lives.

The receptionist (Kat) nurse and doctor (Lepage) were fantastic and competent. Our wait was very short and we are completely satisfied

Lewistown hospital is a JOKE! All the times I’ve been there recentlyish and my family has been there it’s just been so poor. Like it seems they want to wait till people get worst before even starting the tests?! Like take your time it’s one a human life on the line🤪
