Dr. Gray and his entire staff are professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The atmosphere in the office is conducive to sharing problems honestly without fear of judgement. Patients are seen and heard, not rushed. The care is top notch!
Great experience from start to finish. Much more personable and easier to work with than Benefis, St Petes, or Billings Clinic in Missoula. Dr Gray is top notch. Left to the others it would have ended badly.
This doctor's office has a policy to take your photo for their computer system. They also asked for a photo ID. I provided my valid current driver's license of which they made a copy. I declined having my photo taken. They told me I could not receive care in their office if I refused to allow them to take my photo. This is a doctor's office that treats people with heart conditions and they will deny care if you refuse to allow them to take your photo.
