This was our first time using Brothers Security they are outstanding. Very professional from outlining the details of the services to installing the system. We love all the features and pricing is very affordable. I like that we can add new features to upgrade the system anytime. The staff is dedicated to making sure my home is well protected. I plan to use them for our business as well.
If I can give it zero it would be a zero their customer service is the worst of any company I’ve ever dealt with. First I called the company Numerous times To set up a service call.finally almost 2 months Later a technician comes to my house I was told it was gonna be somebody else but in fact somebody else showed up hey spent an hour here replaced one of the pads I cannot fix the problem. They cant find my account. 4 years they have been paid quarterly. NO MONITERING on my system. Cannot catch anyone "in the office". Cannot express my disappointment about how this company has treated an elderly couple. Outright theft.
