I am very unsatisfied with the service I have received from Central Mobile Homes. I have been living in my home since Sept. 2017 and the home remains incomplete. Although the home is very beautiful, and seems to be strong, my concern is...Did the home get put together as poorly as the service has been? Door knobs put on backwards (as to lock people IN a bathroom), is just one minor irritation that came along with not receiving everything contracted for in my home loan.
In one word....UNBELIEVABLE!!! Yes I do FINALLY have a home but what was told should be 30 days became 4 months, cutting and installing the siding ourselves, running around to buy all of the material for the steps and having to help build them, then I call for a few issues to be fixed and 20 days later I have to call back for still NO ANSWER to them. SO...If you can't wait for months, can't cut (by hand) and install siding, pay upfront out of pocket for building material, or build steps...I wouldn't suggest this company.
Place was absolutely beautiful of what they show us of the home for sale especially the 4 bedroom home. Omg. Freaking amazing. The service was excellent & hoping to buy a place from there.
