Customer Warning If you’re planning to purchase a mobile home, please do your homework before choosing this company. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The customer service has been extremely disappointing. I’ve had electrical cables left loose underneath my mobile home, which created an additional expense because I had to pay to have the issue corrected myself. Check with Better Business Bureau before purchasing a home from this company. I wish I had! I lost $15,000 to this shady guy. He is not a reputable source.

es la peorrrrrrrrr compaña qué puede existir en los estado unido mala calidad de casa ya tengo un año viviendo y ya la casa se está bajando por un lado y el septi tank ya se está botada no hagan negocio con esa gente irresponsable duraron casi 2 año para que me entreguen la casa de mala calidad

We purchased a mobile home and the quality, finishes of the mobile home are horrible kitchen is horrible, we had to tear it down and make a new one. Be very careful because what you see its not what you get, doors dont close, light switches all sided. Molding horrible, they do show you a very nice model, but dont get that. Service at central is very questionable. You call and they are always lost.
