Great Park to live in.... quiet and peaceful. The manager, Aimee Deffert is a fantastic at her job and makes things super user friendly. No talking to robots or AI, which says a lot nowadays!
I would just like to say that Aimee the manager is the best She is very kind, thoughtful, patient and understanding and professional.She does a good job and is and has made this a good community to live in
I’ve lived here for 6 years. The park looks better ever since the new manager Amy started a year ago. If I call she takes care of any problem and is very responsible. They’ve cleaned everything up and put brand new homes in. I enjoy living here and like my neighbors we all watch out for each other.
Everyone here owns their home and still pays a lot fee that goes up every single year. In return you get micromanaged like a tenant who owns nothing. They will not allow a simple child’s trampoline in your own yard yet have no problem raising fees nonstop. Management hides behind “code enforcement” every time they want to bully residents so they don’t look like the bad guys. Make no mistake, they are.
