These guys had the unenviable task of finding and repairing a leak between the water meter and the house. It was hard to detect, but they listened to us and between us all the leak was found & repaired in short order. The photos reflect the mess they corrected, unfortunately they were too quick for us to document their solution. All in all these guys are professional, punctual and great to work with. The rates are fair, not cheap, but it's worth it to have the job done right the first time. These guys do it right. Thank you.
Let me preface this review with the fact that my husband and I both own small businesses. I do not take leaving a 1 star review lightly and have intentionally waited to leave this review until I am not speaking out of anger or frustration. Mike committed to bid my straight forward plumbing job multiple times and never showed up. I called him at least 5 times to follow up with him. He indicated at first that his tech was having surgery but that he could come out in a couple weeks. After about 4 weeks I called him again, he said he’d call me back last Monday. Haven’t heard from him. Not the Best Plumber at the Lake by any stretch despite the email address. Highly encourage Mike to just be honest and say so if he isn’t interested in the work.
I've had several things done (dishwasher install, garbage disposal fixed, installed sinks etc) and always had great service with good prices
Tried to explain issues with my hot water heater over the phone. They refused to even come out and diagnose the problem and insisted that i needed a new one and would be over $2,000. Glad i went with a different company.
