Poor service. No customer service whatsoever. They miss trash pickup REGULARLY (at least once a month). They won't schedule a makeup pickup to fix they're mistake. I don't miss payments, why are they allowed to miss performing the service? If possible, I would highly advice finding a different service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I am ashamed on how they allow the main road to stay muddy with big chunks of rocks and debris to where it cause flat tires and on my wife’s brand new car and has 1/2 of mud when she goes to work on a paved road if it was a dirt road I would understand but it’s a paved road and I feel like it’s there responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the road I used to work for a landfill and they where responsible to keep road clean but sweeping and washing it off road way due to it being a residential roadway do better

Would leave negative one review if possible, what a joke this place is. The bad is I gave them a second chance only to be burned again. First time sporatic pick ups, rising prices, this time no regular pick up for a month, I would call, they would pick up, then this week, they say, "Oh, it looks like they closed out your account in December because we no longer service your area." How about a phone call before I fill 4 bins with trash on the curb.
