My first time there and it was nice!! The doctor was great!!! Kendra and Josie helped me a lot so thanks again girls
I really enjoyed the doctor. However, the front office staff is absolutely horrendous. I have not been treated with such disrespect in a place of business like this. I had left a few voicemails with the staff about some issues I was having with my lenses. I never received a phone call back. The one and only time I did get someone to answer she told me to just come by to have my glasses looked at and adjusted, no appointment needed, just swing in. Dr. Green is awesome! However, the staff, not so much. When I picked up my glasses, the staff person acted like it was an inconvenience to help me. I couldn’t understand what she said because of her chewing gum. She sat slouched in her chair. Overall, not professional. I won’t go back.
I had great success with Dr Hougland before I moved away in 2018. I found eye care sorely lacking in my new town, unfortunately. I scheduled an eye exam on my last visit to JC and I can see clearly again! I've got a condition that's caused issues for most optometrists. I'm very grateful to Dr Hougland and highly recommend him.
The doctors are wonderful but the optometry staff is incredibly unorganized. There were multiple issues with my last glasses order and this is not the first time this has happened with a pair of glasses I've ordered from here. Would not recommend.
