I’ve been getting my allergy shots for going on two years now. I have never had a good experience with the front office staff ever. They always act angry and like you are bothering them for helping you. Also, the doctors never show up on time and multiple times I’ve had to sit and wait for shots until a doctor decides to show up. Never on time. Today I went in for an appointment that I thought was a 9 am. They told me it was at 8:40. I got there at 8:50. She scuffed at me and said my appt was at 8:40. The front staff was extremely rude both times my family visited! Doctors were unprofessional and prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy. All in all. A horrible experience!
I gave it a 2 based on today's experience but if I go for the past 4 months it is definitely a 1⭐️, if that. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Everyone has a different answer. Go elsewhere if you have the opportunity. They never answer the phone. Then they tell you it's your fault because they didn't do their job right. $300 bill instead of $0. 5 weeks for Antigens instead of 2 weeks. And 8 weeks for build-up, instead of 4.
