I gave it a 2 based on today's experience but if I go for the past 4 months it is definitely a 1⭐️, if that. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Everyone has a different answer. Go elsewhere if you have the opportunity. They never answer the phone. Then they tell you it's your fault because they didn't do their job right. $300 bill instead of $0. 5 weeks for Antigens instead of 2 weeks. And 8 weeks for build-up, instead of 4.
I had an appointment scheduled with this clinic for several weeks. When I scheduled my insurance was supposed to be verified by the office and I was told I could be seen. The day prior to my appt I called to ask if I could email a copy of my insurance card to them since I did not have a physical copy. The office assistant took my information and said she could look it up in her system. She then called me back and informed me that they did not take my insurance and that I could nit be seen unless I wanted to pay out if pocket... read more
