ATM time! From out of state and fee was quite high for a Federal credit union. Thought there were partnerships?
We’ve had 2 vehicle loans through here, and were recently approved for a third. Being a credit union - the rates are great, but when it comes time to buy a car, if time is of the essence, good luck! Response time is slow. I tried for two days to contact ANYONE in their loan department. I left messages at all three branches, I even tried talking to the operator, and just got passed back to a voicemail. No one reached back out until 3 pm on the second day.
