4 out of 5 stars in my opinion only for two short comings, 1. No mobile app yet (seriously lacking in this deportment....invest in the customer and create a downloadable app for smart phone/get with the times lol, 2. Crappy hours for customer support if you back out of state like I do (active duty military), other than those two things their rates, services and staff are wonderful, they have always done right by me, even refunding since if my overdraft fees Webern they didn't have to at all!
