The new location is pretty nice. (tucked away in this small plaza off Sunset Drive in Grenada, Mississippi). We keep calling and calling their numbe. EVERYDAY to get an appointment to take the paperwork back to them that they've given to us, but it keeps saying, "Sorry, no appointments available at this time, please try again tomorrow at 8:00am!" It's like they keep it on this voice message to avoid answering the phone. Forget about making an appointment on their online app, ITS TOTALLY SHADED GREY FOR MONTHS AHEAD!!!🤦♀️. ... read more

When I was first approved in October they told me to gather all my information and it would be for the year now they want me to go to the Social Security website every month and get a printout when they know the benefits only change once a year with the cola and you must wait 30 days before you can reapply for , so I go out and I have a confirmed appointment on my phone I get there and they said they have no record of it they refer me to the automated system I get a deep dive on the it front desk software and found out that ... read more
