I am very frustrated with CMI this has happened to me since July of 2024 of no help. Horrible! No compassion or consideration for clients…you have a scheduled appointment and arrive only to be told no funds are available; write your name and number. We will contact you and they never contact. I feel they should be professional and courteous enough to call everyone that has an appointment and let them know to reschedule!
