I had an excellent experience with Central Minnesota Renovations. They helped me get all of my windows replaced and saved me a boatload of money in the process. This was my first major home repair, and I was really impressed with Percy—he was professional, knowledgeable, and guided me through every step. Percy! Jeremy! Bobby! Ryan! The roof squad! The windows crew! “The Stainers!” After multiple attempts with other contractors these guys made it happen and we could not be more impressed. From start to finish Percy communicated with us every step of the way. Projects were completed on time and done to perfection. There was 1 minor snafu but 5 minutes after I sent an email I received a reply email, a phone call and a text addressing our concern and it was resolved the next day.
