Percy! Jeremy! Bobby! Ryan! The roof squad! The windows crew! “The Stainers!” After multiple attempts with other contractors these guys made it happen and we could not be more impressed. From start to finish Percy communicated with us every step of the way. Projects were completed on time and done to perfection. CMR did a professional job of helping us with our insurance claim and we are very happy with the quality of the installation work. The company representative, Percy Thomas, is knowledgeable about all aspects of the window replacement process and it was a pleasure to work with him.
WOW, what a professional group to work with. We worked with Bob and he was a real joy. They recently replaced our roof and gutters and they may have actually left our site cleaner than when they started. I would HIGHLY recommend Central MN Renovations for any renovation projects. Just sad that I can only give them a 5 rating.
I can't say enough about Dan Stickler, Zac Perillo and the entire crew at CMR. Dan and Zac's availability and timeliness answering calls and texts was amazing! Mornings, nights, weekends, it didn't matter. They always responded to my questions and concerns regarding my insurance claim from storm damage.
