My children used to be patients of this practice. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to miss an appointment; however, we attempted to reschedule. Months later, we received dismissal letters in the mail. When I called to inquire, the receptionist refused to dialogue with me. My kids were supposed to get their teeth cleaned in January, they’ve canceled on me 3 times and now can’t get them in till May. Almost 6 months past due on their 6 month cleaning. When I called to reschedule, because they don’t even have the courtesy to call you they send a text, I got an extremely rude receptionist and zero sympathy or apology at all. They are wonderful. Very friendly and understanding staff and dentists! They explain everything very well. We will definitely be going back for all of our child's dental care.

I do not recommend this dentist. My daughter was a patient there and we never missed an appointment but one day got a letter saying the dentist she was seeing quit and no other ones there were taking new patients so she’s been without a dentist for quite some time. When she was a patient there, the services and staff were great but they should have made sure their patients would still be able to receive dental care there.
