The drivers have road rage and clearly the company doesn’t bother to make sure they can adequately operate a vehicle before giving them a truck. The guy following me an inch behind my bumper today is lucky I’m pregnant because I would love a new car! Will never give them my business if that’s how their employees act.
I love where I live but maintenance I usually have to do myself and am always confused who my manager is. I have been called a lier from staff unapologetically right after my mother passed and I was trying to arrange getting to her funeral. I defiantly think staff needs some sensitivity training. I lived in one of their units at Groundhouse Apartments for 2 years. At one point for like 2 months sfter reporting the problem me and my 3 children were stuck in a mold covered apartment from a leak without being contacted at all about it being fixed. They were not going to find us any accommodations until I made a big deal about them expecting the 4 of us to stay in our apartment living room.
