I am handicapped 70 years old woman. I went to the location in Buffalo (Creekside Manor). Several residents there told me there are still some empty units. I called the number, since there's no office on site, then Jeff told me building is full. I heard his tone of voice changed dramatically when he heard my foreign accent. I've been crying for the last two hours. It's heartbreaking when you get discriminated like that. Are these things still happening, especially here in Minnestoa?

Terrible treatment. Talked to someone named “Jenny” about lease questions and was trying to figure out what’s going on with my lease and she ended up calling me rude and threatening me to go to COURT. All I needed was an answer on my lease and try to figure it out with someone. Don’t know why it needed to get all ugly?
I waited 2 months to get into my apartment. I get in the apartment, but walked around and looked before bringing my things inside. Black mold and mouse feces in the kitchen. Mold in every single room. You'd think you'd get a call back about what they are going to do for you or when you'll be able to safely move into the apartment.
