I lived in one of their units at Groundhouse Apartments for 2 years. At one point for like 2 months sfter reporting the problem me and my 3 children were stuck in a mold covered apartment from a leak without being contacted at all about it being fixed. Worst company ever!!!! Stay away for real. Nothing but a headache. Gave us the original money order back and has been nothing but an issues to get our money back. Reason we got denied… they wouldn’t except my sons 20 year old cat smh they are heartless.
I rent from Willow Grove apartments in North Branch, MN. Managed by CMHP. Also case management is very well organized and Teresa G is very helpful and empathetic (Lutheran social services ) The CMHP Staff Jen Beck is rude and I don’t believe I have ever received a respectful dignified response for any question I have asked her. She seems to get enjoyment out of prompt dismissal of tenant requests. After many attempts I was able to get her to stop talking to me as though I am an unintelligent child.
