Recently purchased a vehicle from this company, the last time I purchased a car was well over 5 years ago so I was a little rusty on what to look for when buying a car, this was supposed to be a new and exciting experience, they acted great we’re friendly even waited after hours for us to come and that’s when an alarm should have went off in my head. Great experience buying and trading a car with Zach! He gave a very good trade in value and was very kind and respectful. He pulled the car in the shop and installed sensors, did an oil change, installed new cabin filter and checked out a couple other things for us even though he was insanely busy! The whole process was incredibly easy. Thank you!!
Poor integrity and values. They made a deal with us and completed paperwork, including what they would offer in a trade. We let them know we had a check coming from a retirement fund within 7-10 days and would be in as soon as the check arrived. We shook hands and said we wanted the vehicle and would be back. When we stopped back to give them a check one week later, someone was driving away in the vehicle. They had sold the vehicle without even reaching out to us. Not a phone call or anything. Poor business ethics!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! ***READ FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.*** With help from my Pastor I purchased my 2013 GMC Acadia from Zach at Central minnesota auto sales in November 2024 (2½ months ago). I did buy vehical as is and was told by Zach the day it was being purchased that he had personally been driving the vehicle and that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle.
