Not professional at all. My boyfriend bought a car from them and after having the car for not even the whole day, the check engine light came on. Turned out to be the catalytic converter so they replaced it for free. Very nice. 6 months later check engine light comes back on and it's the catalytic converter again? So we call them, they sound frustrated and told us they would call back. They never did. I bought my 07 saturn a few weeks ago and she's been an absolute beast in the cold minnesota weather, seem like good honest people and would purchase from them again (likely won't need to for a while with what I got) December 2025 and she's still a beauty, definitely worth every penny
Make sure to ask for a warranty!!! I bought a 2013 Kia Sorento EX from this dealership a little over a MONTH ago. A few weeks go by and I started having to put in multiple quarts of oil in it PER week. My fiancé replaced the valve cover gasket hoping that would fix the issue and while that slowed it down, it didn’t stop the issue.
