My partner got poison in his finger from a fall in the park after it rained he slipped and got some chips in his hand one in his index finger that turned red then black and a red itchy travelled up his arm under his armpit he called 111 they told him to go to the emergency section he did and they said he will be in hospital for a few days and could lose his arm and would be transferred to royal central Hampstead and has to make his own way. Im in shock they say it's life or death and they can't bring him in an ambulance.
I wish to express significant concerns regarding the standard of care at this hospital, particularly within the Accident & Emergency (A&E) department. Critically ill patients arriving by ambulance endure multi-hour waits merely to receive triage from a nurse. After evening hours, individuals requiring urgent medical attention face extreme difficulty accessing doctor-led care. The NHS may not be perfect especially now that theres so much demand. But they do their best and they do it with care. I have so much respect for the NHS and everyone should too. Thank you so much for everything you do for us
Lazy
Today was my second visit to CMH Rheumatology Dept. I was really impressed from the moment I entered the hospital to leaving it. Cleanliness of the building, reception area, quality time spent with the consultant and staff made me feel at ease. I saw Mike in Rheumatology this morning and can't praise him enough. He gave me time to ask questions and responded in language I could understand. Thankyou very much. The only negative was the parking.
