I'm giving it a four star review as I have only had one visit and it was beyond my expectation. I am already feeling much better four days after my visit. I felt heard and respected during the consultation.
Isabella is a very knowledgeable and practical bowel physiotherapist. Our aim is to empty bowel without pushing and loosen pelvic muscle with targeted ecercises. If only this was available 30 years ago, I wouldnt have a rectal prolapse or needed a painful hemmorodectomy.
Very rude receptionist. I was booked with the wrong professional . I tried to explain this over the phone. She hang up on me when I was trying to explain what kind of appointment I need. Truly disappointing and unprofessional.
